Well, at that point I felt like we had <br />2 the legal ability to stop the mineral owner from <br />3 building a facility on our property that was going <br />4 to be utilized to mine adjacent property and not <br />5 being utilized to mine under our property at all. <br />6 There was no mining proposed under our property but <br />7 all the mining under another piece of ground, yet <br />8 they needed to put a structure facility on our <br />9 ground, not to mine the minerals under us but the <br />10 adjacent property, so that was our position that <br />11 the mineral owners authority did not extend to <br />12 using our surface for his operations. <br />13 Q. Okay. <br />14 A. Evidently, they were concerned about <br />15 this on their side too because we began negotiating <br />16 a means by which we would agree to allow this <br />17 construction to take place and to put this site <br />18 there. <br />19 Q. okay. <br />20 A.
