H-34 <br /> <br />o Restriction of traffic to existing roads to minimize possi- <br />ble habitat destruction. <br />p Prompt reclamation of disturbed areas using plant species <br />which will serve to meet reclamation requirements and <br />facilitate wildlife habitat restoration. Vegetation ulti- <br />mately governs the type and extent of wildlife utilization <br />in reclaimed areas. <br />o Fences will be constructed so as not to impede wildlife <br />migration. <br />o State and federal rules and regulations, as well as permit <br />requirements and stipulations, will be followed to prevent <br />and minimize damage to wildlife species. <br />• Human activities will be monitored and controlled throughout construc- <br />tion and operation of the project.
