The Division finds the changes submitted on March 7, 1997 acceptable. <br />2.04.10 Vegetation Information <br />7. The Division accepts MCC's terminology "Historic Record Study Area," and Map 53, <br />submitted March 7, 1997, showing the location of the "Historic Record Study Area." <br />8. According to the March 7, 1997 documents, the "Historic Record Study Area," is <br />properly fenced; therefore, this is acceptable to the Division. <br />9. The Division accepts the statement (March 7, 1997 submittal) that it is possible the <br />sampling may take more than three years. <br />10. To assist the Division in reviewing the conclusion, for the high, mean, and low <br />precipitation standard, please submit copies of the individual year records from 1905 <br />through 1995. <br />11. The change submitted on March 7, 1997 to page 2.05-69 is accepted by the Division. <br />12. The Division accepts that part of Table 41, submitted on March 7, 1997 referencing the <br />reclaimed rangeland. The Wildlife Shrub Clusters portion of Table 41 requires answers <br />to several questions: <br />• What reference area will be used to determine shrub diversity? <br />• What reference azea will be used to establish stem count requirements? <br />
