Therefore, this is not an acceptable woody <br />plant diversity, or stem count success standazd for the shrub clusters. Please submit <br />documentation and revise Table 41 to reflect an appropriate source of shrub cluster <br />standards. <br />13. Please see the Division's response for Item #12 above and submit the appropriate <br />information. <br />14. The report will be forwarded to the U.S. Fish and wildlife Service <br />for their review immediately upon receipt of the information required in number 17 <br />below. <br />17. Provide a revised Exhibit 67 specifically referencing the new activities associated with the <br />Sylvester Gulch expansion, and which provides the details discussed below. The details <br />are necessary for presentation to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. i'his exhibit should <br />be similarly revised with any future revision submittals for which U.S Fish and Wildlife <br />consultation is required. <br />Revise Exhibit 67 to show the surface acreage of each pond at the elevation of the <br />primary spillway. It will also be necessary to add language which addresses the probable <br />increased water needs associated with site construction, such as any increase in potable <br />water requirements for the additional crews, and the probable increase in water <br />consumption for dust suppression and other construction needs. The references to data <br />from previous Annual Hydrology Reports should also be updated as needed. The revised <br />Exhibit 67 will be forwarded to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, along with the revised <br />Exhibit 36 report, as soon as the requested materials are received. <br />
