Many of the <br />comments received are beyond our jurisdiction. We realize that the Division of Mines and <br />Geology has already permitted this gravel pit. However, would you please review the attached <br />comments and specifically address the issues that are under yourjt(risdiction. We would like <br />you to be as specific as possible as to what mitigating measures are available to address these <br />issues.
