The <br />excavated azea will be allowed to fill with water, which when connected to the existing pond will <br />have a surface azea of approximately 19 acres. The post mining use of the pond will be wildlife <br />habitat and private recreation. <br />Slopes and disturbed areas azound the perimeter of the pond will be covered with stockpiled <br />topsoil to a depth of 6 to 8 inches. Disturbed areas and slopes will be seeded per NRCS <br />recommendations. See Exhibit 1. Fertilizer and svaw mulch will be on azeas to be seeded. <br />Approximately 15 bareroot cottonwood trees will be planted along the north and west property <br />line. See Exhibit F for location. <br />The north portion of the site, approximately 8.5 acres will be used for a storage and processing site <br />for recycling waste asphalt and concrete. Waste asphalt and concrete will be trucked and stockpiled <br />on the site for future processing into base gravel for road construction. A recycle crusher will be <br />brought to the site periodically to process the waste material. <br /> <br />
