MORRIS: Well, the order that the <br />4 division would issue would be to pay the judgment, <br />5 yes. <br />6 MR. HELD: Well, that would be the order <br />7 for abatement, but the violation for a failure to <br />e cessate abatement would be because they didn't pay <br />9 the judgment. <br />10 MR. MORRIS: Right. <br />11 MR. HELD: Okay. So I'm going to move <br />12 on to other things that I wanted to talk about. <br />13 One thing I wanted to touch on is that several <br />14 people have raised the question as to whether Basin <br />15 is an adversely affected party such that they have <br />16 standing or the right to request a hearing. <br />17 I guess, once again, I go back to <br />18 Section 124(1)(a) which is entitled Review by the <br />19 Board. This is where I read earlier that a request <br />20 for review of an NOV may be filed, and if so the <br />21 hearing, quote, shall be held. Okay. <br />22 What this statute says is, An operator <br />23 issued any notice of violation or cessation <br />24 order -- I'm going to synopsize, like cessation <br />25 orders are not at issue. <br />
