110 <br />1 way, shape, or form, but ultimately a determination <br />2 as to whether or not a violation is made will be <br />3 made by the courts, and ultimately what we're doing <br />4 is moving this into the arena where the entire <br />5 issue can be heard, can be held, and a remedy <br />6 proposed or be thrown out. That's for the court to <br />7 decide. <br />8 So no one is turning a blind eye to <br />9 this. What we're saying is maybe this is <br />10 rightfully going to a court of law where all issues <br />11 can be resolved including damages. There's nothing <br />12 here for the state to protect. There's no <br />13 environmental issue. There's no health and safety <br />14 issue. There's no state resource being adversely <br />15 affected that we would ask the company to do or <br />16 take care of in addition to what may or may not <br />17 have happened at the Tatums. <br />18 So all we're dging is moving this to the <br />19 court of law where all the issues can be dealt <br />20 with, addressed, and resolved once and for all, and <br />21 so with that I say we're all done.
