Walls needed to support hillside from sloughing off on floors <br />of 2 levels. <br />B. Walls to protect 3-bey covered structure helor and entry to <br />3 bays. <br />C. Not feasible to structurally separate the concrete <br />components. <br />3. 3-Bay Roofed Concrete Structure <br />A. EFMC has agreed to sew sells out of the seat end of this <br />structure for access. <br />B. Stalls will he used for storage of hay, hulk feed, end <br />shelter for cattle, if needed. <br />C. Feeding can also be done in this area due to separation of 3 <br />bays by concrete walls. <br />D. Feeding on concrete floors adjacent to bays simulates feeding <br />in concrete bunks used by feedlots. <br />E. Floors and adjacent walla on lower level provide good start <br />for more covered shelter by merely roofing over. <br />4. Shop Building - 70'x100' <br />A. Storage of equipment, maintenance shop. <br />B. 14' overhead doors allow for storage of semi-trailers, <br />tractors if necessary. <br />C. 16' headroom allows for overhead cranes or hoisting <br />equipment. <br />D. Office or warehouse on east end for this use. <br />E. Access to 2nd floor from road in beck of shop, more storage <br />space. <br />5. Access Road <br />A. Need for access to property and facilities. <br />B. Access to upper canyon ponds and road to maintain fences <br />around property. <br />6. Pond Light Use Road <br />A. Access to pond for maintenance. <br />7. Water Tank <br />A. One tank already removed. <br />P. Existing tank to be used for water storage for stock and <br />possible irrigation. <br />
