Gary ~ l.'andl~ .lm ilh~~~~'
Tr; P. 0. 13~~ 1591 ~i~~~,~
Ll Canlro, Ga~i~ornia 932~14~`~ +<,
6/9/93
Mr. Petree:
I have enclosed a copy of my
first letter to the Governor. Mom was really
upset that I had taken it upon myself to write
him about our trouble. As a result I have not
shown her the letter. I cannot find a copy of
my second letter but it was just a brief note
with the last newspaper article enclosed.
One of my major questions to the
governor was it did not seem right that the
Hoard wanted to put the cart before the horse
in demanding road money. I feel that if we
can get a decent size permit to begin with that
the end would justify the means. I leave that
thought for you to finish, Iam sure the family
would rather work out a way to put the mine
in production then to stop after all these
unproducing years.
Is it possible that the road
viability might have a kink in the type. In
otherwords, is there a possiblity, depending
if its a right-a-away road or a deeded road,
if this might be a weak link.
I hope that these letters will
be of some assistance, My main concern is
getting some financial relief for her.
Respec
