Response: This same question was asked in the Divisions' September 3, 1999 adequacy letter with regazd to the Seneca II MR-51/Yoast MR-14 applications as comment number 2. In our October 6, 1999 response package for these two MR's and the Seneca II-W PR-02 application submittal, SCC stated that our corporate database shows Jeffery L. lginger having the titles of: Secretary, Chief Legal Officer and Vice President. The OSM-AVS database does not include the Chief Legal Officer tide since this is not a viable officer listing within their database, but they do indude the other two listings. If that were his only tide as Chief Legal Officer, then OSM-AVS would show him as a corporate official in that capacity. Since this is not the case, OSM suggested to Ms. Candy Magurany, AVS coordinator for P&L and its affiliates, they do not want to make any changes to their database urdess the Division wants them to. Response: Since the original submittal in June, the SCC-P&L Organizational Family Tree and OSM-AVS database have been updated seven (7) more times, see the attached cover letters for July 14, September 12, October 4, 10, 12, November 6, 2000 and January 24, 2001.
