C-82-057) <br />PERMIT RENEWAL NO. 3 -ADEQUACY REVIEW RESPONSES <br />Dear Ms. Brown, <br />Enclosed you will find three (3) copies of revised and/or additional information addressing the <br />adequacy comments- in your September 5, 2000 letter with regard m the application for Perrrtit <br />Renewal No. 3 to the Seneca II-\X/ Mine (Permit No. C-82-057). Responses to each of the <br />September 5~ comments aze provided below and are numbered accordingly. <br />Since the original application for RN-03 was submitted on June 22, 2000, the following discussion <br />• updates- material that was presented in the cover letter to the Division at that time: <br />Summary of Revisions <br />SCC has submitted one new minor revision and two teclvtical revisions have since been approved. <br />A brief summary of these revisions follows. <br />MR 48 -Extend Existing Powerline and Relocate Mobile Substation; submitted October 2, 2000 <br />and approved October 4, 2000 <br />TR 35 -Increase in disturbance/affected area in the II-~R% South area and the as-built report and <br />certification for sedimentation pond 015; submitted April 19, 2000 and approved June 29, 21100 <br />TR 36 -As-Built report and certification for Hau] Road H; submitted May 15, 2000 and approved <br />July 6, 2000 <br />~R%ith the approval of the three revisions discussed above, some of the original application form <br />items, such as various acreage totals and exhibits, have also been updated as well.
