Addendum to Geotechnical Data Report
Bowie Resources, Limited
July 2002
Drilling of borings in an existing landslide, which is on the right side of the reservoir, did not
occur during the original investigation due to permitting, access, and time restrictions
imposed by the U.S. Forest Service.
Drilling of a boring in the upstream slope of the main dam was requested by the Office of the
State Engineer a$er completion of our original program. This was requested because based
on available records, organics were identified, removed, and the excavated area, which is on
the upstream slope of the main dam near the right abutment, was replaced with fill in 1486.
The purpose of drilling a boring in the upstream slope was to identify if any major quantities
of organics still exist in this part of the upstream slope of the dam.
1.4 Project Personnel
The following personnel from GEI are responsible for the work summarized herein:
Project Manager Robert J.
