To aid in tracking this amendment and how the permit boundaries have changed again, Map <br />HS4 is provided at the end of this section. That map can be compared to maps HSl, HS2, and HS3 to <br />see what has been added to or deleted from the permitted property. None of the previous exhibits <br />• have been included in this amendment application, that is, all previous exhibits are replaced with <br />new exhibits that are in accordance with the current rules and regulations. Therefore, it is <br />considered that this amendment provides a complete permit document that should be the only <br />document used in reviewing the permit during inspections or other actions. Previous permit <br />applications, technical revisions, and amendments are oonsiderod to be primarily of historical <br />significance.
