The fencing is being main- <br /> tained at all times. <br /> The water being used for dust control is currently being <br /> hauled from off the operation site. See Exhibit G for a more <br /> detailed explanation of water conditions. <br />' The operator's intention is to minimize disturbances to the <br /> prevailing hydrologic balance of the affected land and of the <br />' surrounding area and to the quality and quantity of water in <br /> surface and ground water systems during and after the mining <br />' <br /> operation. <br />The operator believes it is in compliance with federal and <br />state laws and regulations governing water and water rights. At <br />' this time a four-acre-foot detention pond is maintained on the <br />site as recommended by Hydro-Triad, Ltd. in "Drainage Study For <br />Ralston Quarry". This is also a requirement of the Jeffco <br />Board of Adjustment resolution. <br />Mining Timetable <br />The operator plans to remove an estimated 200,000 tons of <br />' material per year on an annual basis.
