No chemicals are to be added to the discharge unless permi~aion for the use of a specific chemical is granted <br />by the permit issuing authority. In granting the use of such chemicals, additional limitations and monitoring <br />requirements ntay be imposed. <br />d. Bulk storage structures for petroleum products and other chemicals shell have adequate protection so as [o <br />prevent any reasonable loss of the material from entering discharged waters or waters of the State. <br />2. Induslrv-Specific Ntuneric Limitations <br />Beginning October 1, 1992 and lasting through September 30, 1997, the permittee is authorized to discharge from the <br />process water oulfalls, under the industrial category below, as identified in their permit certification. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Station 10.1.3, and <br />State Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not <br />contain effluent parameter coeceatretions which exceed the following limitations: <br />a.
