Flow Measurirte Device <br />If not already a pert of the permitted facility, within ninety (90) days after the effective dale of the certification, a <br />flow measuring device shall be installed to give represwtative values of effluent quantities at the respective discharge <br />points. A flow measuring device will be applicable at all designated discharge points of process water. The flow <br />may also be determined by using the pump capacity multiplied by the length of tithe We pump is operated, provided <br />that the accuracy requirement (see below) is met. <br />When the facility is not operating, end no dischuge is occurring (e.g., if it is shut down for the winter), a flow <br />measuring device is not required to be on site. <br />Al the request of the Water Quality Control Division, or the Eavironmeatal Protection Agency, the permittee shall <br />show proof of the accuracy of any flow-measuring device used in obtaining data submitted in the monitoring report. <br />The flow-measuring device must indicate values within tea (IO) percent of the actual flow being discharged. <br />_.
