Description of present and proposed best management practices at site, including map. <br />j. Any existing water quality data on stormwater discharges. <br />k. For new facilities (beginning operations after October 1, 1992), and for ell other facilities applying after <br />July 1, 1993, certification as to the preparation of a SWhiP. (See Part I.C.6.a of Ute permit for SWMP <br />certification requirements for existing (acilities,appl}'ing on time.) <br />4.
