i EXHIBIT L - Reclamation Costs Reclamation costs are estimated assuming that: (1) the greatest area of disturbance that will exist during the life of the mine is 30.00+/- acres, of which 20 acres is a combination of major and moderate disturbance, and 10 acres is minor disturbance; (2) no more than 16,500 yd3 of topsoil and 30,000 yd3 of overburden will need to be spread; and, (3) no more than 30.00+/- acres will need to be reseeded. Estimated costs for reclamation items are outlined below: 1. Grass seed mix ..............................$ 98.00 per acre 2.
