Our other concerns are as <br />follows: <br />1. The proposed wheat x wheatgrass cover crop seed should be reduced <br />to 5 pounds/acre. <br />2. Volumes of material which will have to be cut from the highwal7 <br />during reclamation req_radinq_ to achieve a 3:1 reclaimed slope <br />should be calculated. <br />3.
