Ames also backfilled approximately 4001ineaz feet of Phase Nb OSA anchor trench on the Phase III ore slope 9636 elevation bench. Ames hauled, placed, and compacted SLF material into the Low Volume Solution Collection System (LVSCS) riser slope, northeast of the PSSA in the Phase IVb OSA. SLF material was worked, tested, and passed per project specification prior to SLF surface acceptance. Ames continued placement of High Volume Solution Collection System (HVSCS) secondary and tertiary piping within the Phase IVb OSA limits, followed by DCF haul and placement per project plans. Ames continued placement of DCF onto the north slope of the Phase IVb OSA, west of the LOB. Ames continued haul and placement of DCF in the Phase Nb OSA adjacent to the Phase Na tie- in. Ames also began to haul and place DCF onto the Phase Nb /Phase III ore slope, south west of the PSSA sump. Ames continued production of DCF at the screen plant located neaz the Secondary Crusher. Ames also continued limited production of SLF. Poly-Flex continued deployment of 80-mil double-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane in the Phase Nb OSA on the 2H:1V LVSCS riser slope. Poly-Flex deployed 80-mil double-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane over an azea of approximately 76,134 squaze feet in the Phase Nb OSA during this reporting period. Geomembrane panels B-366 through B-400 were deployed, seamed, and tested by Poly-Flex. Destructive fusion and extrusion seam samples DFb-113 through DFb-121 were mazked for future removal and testing. Poly-Flex resumed deployment of 100-mil smooth LLDPE geomembrane on the Phase Nb OSA south ore slope. Poly-Flex deployed 100-mil smooth LLDPE geomembrane over an area of approximately 100,175 square feet in the Phase Nb OSA during this reporting period. Geomembrane panels B-309 through B-365 were deployed, seamed, and tested by Poly-Flex. Destructive fusion and extrusion seam samples DFb-102 through DFb-112 and DXb-22 through DXb-24 were mazked and removed. Destructive fusion and extrusion seam peel and sheaz tests on 100-mil smooth geomembrane deployed during this reporting period passed project specification. A map of the area worked during this reporting period is provided in Attachment C. Phase Nc Ames performed no construction activities in the Phase Nc azea during this reporting period. Field Monitoring and Testing Activities Golder observed construction activities associated with Phase N earthworks.
