(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase Nb and c Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of July 6 through July 12, 2003. The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 47° F to 57° F, and highs ranged from 81° F to 94° F. Weather observations were made on six days of this seven-day reporting period. Construction Synopsis Ames Construction Inc. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase Nb construction. Ames conducted Phase Nb construction activities on six days of this seven-day reporting period (July 7 through July 12). Poiy-Flex conducted Phase Nb construction activities on five days of this seven-day reporting period (July 7 through July 9, and July I 1 through July 12). Phase Nb Ames conducted slope compaction of subgrade Structural Fill (SF) in preparation for Soil Liner Fill (SLF) placement in the Phase IVb OSA on Substation Hill, east and upslope of the Phase Nb PSSA. Ames exposed approximately 1001inear feet of geomembrane liner at the Phase Nb / Phase I /Phase II tie-in by removing previously placed Drain Cover Fill (DCF) and an access road.
