Response to Renewal Adequacy Review <br />Page 2 <br />V. Topsoil <br />1. MCC is in the process of acquiring the information necessary to revise Map 53 and <br />Table 47 which deal with topsoil stockpile locations and volumes, through aerial <br />photography and mapping presently being completed. This information will be <br />submitted to the Division by December 30, 1992. <br />2. Updated information regarding both topsoil and subsoil stockpiles locations and <br />volumes will be submitted to the Division by December 30, 1992. <br />3. Pages 2.053 and 2.054 of the permit document have been revised to include a <br />sampling plan to determine compliance with topsoil depth replacement requirements. <br />See attached revised page. <br />VI. Surface Hydrology <br />lA. MCC is in the process of revising the site drainage control plan. This includes <br />recalculation of all structures which will insure that the plan will comply with the <br />necessary regulation and provide accurate information as to what is located oo the <br />ground. MCC proposes to submit revisions to Map 54 and Tables 43 and 44 by <br />December 30, 1992. <br />1B. The information requested has been supplied. No response is necessary. <br />1C. Table 44 is being updated and will be submitted to the Division by December 30, <br />1992, along with [he updated site drainage control plan. <br />1D. Culvert survey and specification information will be submitted to the Division by <br />December 30, 1992. <br />2. A revised drainage control map (Map 54) will be submitted by December 30, 1992. <br />3. MCC is is the process of verifying that the drainage control system will not be <br />jeopardized by the additional flow, which passes the non-functional portion of the <br />diversion ditch. This information will be submitted to the Division by December 30, <br />1992. <br />4. The information requested has been supplied. No response is necessary. <br />5. Page 2.05-32 of the ezistiag permit provides a discussion of the Sylvester Gulch fan <br />site which demonstrates that the area is not contributing sediment because the metal <br />structure of the building protects the surface from erosion. This demonstration should <br />be sufficient for the Division to determine that the runoff from the building meets <br />effluent standards pursuant to Rule 4.05.2(3). <br />6.
