In most cases, an explanation of the comment or a revision to an existing page was all that was necessary. However, in other cases, some new information will be obtained from aerial photographs which were recently taken. Following receipt of the photos and associated mapping, the remainder of the comments will be completed. Our responses are numbered in the same sequence as your letter. Part I -April 9. 1992 Letter Company Management Information The information requested has been supplied. No response is necessary. IL Classification of Peratitted Acreage 1. Due to recent construction of new surface facilities and expansion of the refuse disposal area, the most accurate calculation of the surface disturbance area is 104.5 acres. MCC will utilize the aerial photos and maps presently being prepared to re- evaluate the surface disturbance area. Should a change be wartanted, a minor revision would be submitted. Iii.
