The final surface grades, with topsoil, should be as similaz to slope indicated on the <br />Drawings. Grading not conforming with the Specifications must be approved by the Designer. <br />Topsoil will be placed in to a depth of 18 inches over the entire surface. Topsoil shall be placed <br />on the surface, embankments, and reclaimed roadways. Subsoil treatment and vegetation shall be <br />in accordance with Section 10 of these Specifications. <br />5.7 Diversion Ditch Reclamation <br />Once reclaiming of the tailings facility is complete, including the collection pond, and drainage <br />has been re-established over the surface, the temporary diversion ditch will be ba;.kfilled and the <br />CMP pipe conveyance system will be removed.
