BATTLE MOUNTAIN RESOURCES <br />San Luis Project <br />Page 2~7 <br />Technical Specifications <br />In the event the Designer finds the materials or finished product in which the <br />materials aze used not within reasonably close conformity with the plans and <br />Specifications but that reasonably acceptable work has been produced, he shall <br />then make a determination if the work shall be accepted and remaitl in place. The <br />Designer may require correction or replacement such that the finished product is <br />in reasonable close conformity, provided such correction or replacement does not <br />adversely affect the work. <br />In the event the Designer finds the material or the finished product in which the <br />materials are used or the work performed aze not in reasonably close conformity <br />with the Drawings and Specifications and have resulted in :m inferior or <br />unsatisfactory product, the work or materials shall be removed and replaced or <br />otherwise corrected by and at the expense of the Contractor. <br />N:\DHALLMAN\SANLUIS\SANLUIS.DOC 2-/ SRK Project No 14732 <br />
