Appropriate action will then be taken by <br />the Designer. <br />Approval by the Designer of the Contractor's shop Drawings shall not relieve the <br />Contractor of his obligation to meet all requirements of the plans and <br />Specifications and shall not relieve the Contractor of his responsibility for the <br />correctness of the shop Drawings. <br />Four sets of shop Drawings shall be submitted to the Designer for the Owner's use <br />and additional sets as required for the Contractor's use. After checking, the <br />additional set(s) will be returned to the Contractor for his use. <br />A. The Contractor shall provide the Owner with "red-line" "as-built" Drawings by <br />properly recording all dimensions that are necessary for construction but are not <br />indicated on the plans, and all changes to any dimensions on the plans <br />implemented during construction. The Contractor shall provide tl~e Owner with <br />all measurements and all data required. Preparation of the "as-built" Drawings <br />will be the responsibility of the Contractor. <br />B.
