BATTLG MOUNTAIN RESOURCES Page I-6 <br />San Luis Project Te:hnical Specifications <br />1.7 Demobilization <br />Demobilization shall consist of the removal of temporary structures and shaping, contouring and <br />grading to provide surfaces for permanent stabilization and reclamation as required by the <br />Specifications, the Designer, or the Owner. <br />The Contractor shall remove all trash, debris and waste material associated with the Contractor's <br />work from the site and properly dispose of said material. The Owner shat] ha~~e the right to <br />determine what is waste material or rubbish and the manner and place of disposal. All material <br />famished for the execution of the work and thereby purchased by the Owner shall remain the <br />property of the Owner. <br />The Contractor shall clean out all installations and teaz down and remove all temporary structures <br />built by the Contractor. The Contractor shall leave the site azea in a condition at least as good as <br />the condition prior to construction. The Contractor shall also grade the construction site to <br />provide proper drainage and give a sightly appearance. Any existing structures r)r facilities to <br />remain shall be protected against possible damage by the Contractor.
