.. <br />CONDITION 3: The County will secure and supply accurate <br />elevations of the ground surface at the proposed four well <br />locations. (Elevations of the tops of the surface casing for <br />the four monitoring wells are also acceptable.) The method of <br />the determination of elevation and the values secured will be <br />(r ~ provided to the Division within 14 days after the completion <br />a1 of the drilling program. <br />CONDITION 4: The County will employ a competent, experienced, <br />licensed and/or certified drilling contractor to drill and <br />~ complete the four monitoring wells. Evidence of the <br />~`~ contractor's licenses and/or certifications will be provided <br /> to the Division by February 16, 1996. <br /> CONDITION 5: The County, with assistance from its drilling <br /> contractor, will provide the details of how the proposed <br />rY monitoring wells will be drilled, cased, completed, logged, <br />r, tested and protected from surface contamination. These <br /> details will be provided to the Division by February 16, 1996. <br /> CONDITION 6: The proposed four monitoring wells will be <br /> drilled, completed, logged and tested within forty five (A5) <br />p1~ days of the beginning of the drilling program which will <br />~~`~ commence no later than March 1, 1996. <br />O~ CONDITION 7: Driller's lithologic and geophysical logs will <br /> <br />- <br />S <br />U~ be provided for the four monitoring wells within 15 days after <br />the logging of the last of the monitoring wells has been <br />~ <br />~ <br />V <br />~ <br />(,} ~~ <br />~- completed and the depth of the saturated groundwater zone will <br />~~ r be indicated on these logs. <br />C <br />~~ , <br />`~1 ~ CONDITION 8: When the monitoring wells are accepted as ready <br />~ <br />~ <br />`_ for sampling, groundwater samples will be obtained from them <br />~ <br />`~~~~ at least one time each calender quarter. <br /> CONDITION 9: After five (5) calender quarters of sampling, <br />i' _ the County will submit, for Division approval as a proposed <br />"~ ~, <br />~' Technical Revision, permit conditions for groundwater at the <br />~: ~„ site and Point(s) of Compliance satisfying the requirements of <br />~`.S~ ~ <br />~' <br />` Rules 3.1.7 (2) and 3.1.7 (6) of the Construction Materials <br />~ <br />~~ <br />~ Rules and Regulations. The proposed permit conditions and <br />' Point(s) of Compliance will be submitted to the Division <br /> within fifteen days following receipt of the analyses of the <br /> samples taken during the fifth calender quarter of the <br /> sampling program. <br />~~ ~~! CONDITION 10: Permit conditions and Point(s) of Compliance for <br />~ the Landfill Pit, when approved by the Division, will be <br />' <br />(~.~ applicable at the time of groundwater sampling during the <br /> sixth and all subsequent calender quarters. <br /> CONDITION 11: The County will employ a competent individual to <br />~ <br />~ conduct the groundwater sampling at the monitoring wells. <br /> Evidence of the capability of the selected individual to <br />tiA <br /> <br />
