This information will be provided to the <br />Division by February 16, 1996. <br />CONDITION 14: The County will provide the name of the lab <br />selected to analyze the quarterly groundwater samples taken at <br />the monitoring wells and evidence of the lab's qualifications <br />p~ to conduct and report such analyses accurately. This name and <br />~4 ~p evidence will be supplied to the Division by February 16, <br />• 1996. <br />CONDITION 15: The County will commit to having the groundwater <br />C,e samples collected quarterly at the approved monitoring wells <br />,,~ analyzed in the selected lab for at least the parameters <br />~~' _ listed in Tables 1 and 2 (enclosed) from "The Basic Standards <br />~ for Ground Water 3.11.0 (5CCR 1002-8)". <br />CONDITION 16: The County will direct the lab selected to <br />Or conduct chemical analyses of the groundwater samples collected <br />quarterly at the approved monitoring well sites to supply <br />copies of the analyses directly to the Division at the same <br />time copies of the analyses are sent to the County. <br />i' <br />Since this is a conditioned approval of the groundwater monitoring <br />plan proposed by the County, the County must agree to the <br />conditions in order to validate that approval. In order for the <br />Division to withdraw the issue of a failure by Costilla County to <br />meet the requirements of Rule 3.1.7 (2) from the Board's agenda for <br />its January 24-25, 1996 meeting, the County Commissioners must <br />indicate in writing their acceptance of the conditions of the <br />approval of the groundwater monitoring plan, ie.
