Comorehensiw Facility Insoections <br />For active mining optmtions, qualified personnel identified by the operator shall make a thorough inspection of <br />their srormwater management system, at least twin pct year (rn the spring and fall), as daaikd in Part LD.6 of <br />the permit. These inspections tmrst be documented and summarized in the annual report (see Parr LD.7 of the <br />permit). For inactive mining opetadotu, a thorough inspection of the stormwatn managemem system is required <br />at kart once per year. Where annual inspections of inactive miner an impracticable, cert~cation of compliance <br />is required once every three ytars by a Registerod Professional Engineer, as daaikd in Parr LD.6 of the permit. <br />These inspections must be documemed and summarized in the compliance report (ste Part LD.7 of the permit). <br />F. Rerordkeepinr and Reoortine <br />Reeordketping and Infernal Repotting Proudurcs. lncidtnts such err spills or other discharges, along with <br />other information describing the quality and quantity of stotmwater discharges, shall be included in the <br />records. Inspections and maintenance activities shall be doctunemed and rerorded. This does not relieve the <br />permittee of the responsibility of reporting spills as rcquirad under section 25-8-601(2) of tbe Colorado Water <br />Quality Control Act. <br />2. Repaying - Aetivt Mitring Optmtions: The pmninte will be required to submit an annual report, covering <br />January I through Deconlxr 37 ojtach year, on the compliance with the SWMP, The annual report will <br />contain, at a minimum: <br />aJ A report on the fariliry's overall rompliance with the SWMP. <br />b) A summary ojall romprebensiMe stormwarer inspection made. <br />c) Results and interpretation of any srormwater monitoring performed. <br />The annual report will be due to the Division on or before February IS of each year (su address in Parr <br />LA.3 of the permit).
