Comuliance Schedule -Potentially Dissolved Manganese and Sulfate <br />The permittee shall achieve compliance with the effluent limitations of Part I.A.1., effective January 1, 1995, in <br />accordance with a schedule of compliance approved by the Water Quality Control Division. <br />The permittee shall submit [o the Water Quality Control Division by April 1, 1994, an implementation plan for <br />achieving compliance. As appropriate, the plan shall include operational changes, modification of the existing <br />treatment system, pretreatment or construction of a new treatment system.
