Comuliance Schedule -Potentially Dissolved Manganese and Sulfate The permittee shall achieve compliance with the effluent limitations of Part I.A.1., effective January 1, 1995, in accordance with a schedule of compliance approved by the Water Quality Control Division. The permittee shall submit [o the Water Quality Control Division by April 1, 1994, an implementation plan for achieving compliance.
