EI'lluenl Limitations (Outfall 00~ <br />(a) Beginning immediately and lasting through December 31, 1998, the permittrz is authorized to discharge from <br />Outfal 1006. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, <br />and Stale Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not <br />contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below. <br />Effluent Parameter Discharee Limitations <br /> <br /> 30-Dav Ave p/ Dailv Max cl <br />Flow, MGD 1.98 N/A <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 35 70 <br />pH, s.u. Such limitation shall apply as a daily maximum. <br />4. Burden of Proof Requirements <br />The permittce shall have the burden of proof when requesting relief from total suspended solids (TSS), total iron <br />and/or settleable solids limitations. Documentation proving the oocutrence of a precipitation event or snowmelt is <br />required to waive TSS and total iron limitations. Documentation proving the oceurrence of greater than a 10-year, <br />24-hour event or equivalent volume is required to waive settleable solids limitations. The Division shall determine <br />the adequacy of proof. <br />
