Test Procedures <br />Test procedures for the analysis of pollutants shall conform to regulations published pursuant to Section 304 (h) of the <br />Clean Water Act, and Colorado State Effluent Limitations (10.1.5), under which such procedures may be required. <br />Recordinn of Results <br />For each measurement or sample taken pursuant to the requirements of this permit, the permittee shall record the <br />following information: <br />a. The enact place, date, and time of sampling; <br />b. The dates the analyses were performed; <br />c. The person(s) who performed the sampling; <br />d. The person(s) who performed the analyses; <br />e. The malytical txhniques or methods used; end <br />f. The results of all required analyses. <br />Additional Monilorirty by Per~ttittee <br />If the permittce monitors any pollutant at the location(s) designated herein more frequently than required by this permit, <br />using approved analytical methods as specified above, the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation <br />and reporting of the values required in the Discharge Monitoring Report Form or other forms as required by the <br />Division. Such increased frequency shall also be indicated. <br />8. Records Retention <br />All records and information resulting from the monitoring activities required by this permit including all records of <br />analyses performed and calibration and maintenance of instrumentation and recordings from continuous monitoring <br />instrumentation shall be retained for a minimum of three (3) years, or longer if requested by the Regional <br />Administrator or the Slate Water Quality Control Division. <br />9. Reeortin¢ to Municipality <br />Any permitted facility discharging to a municipal storm sewer shall provide the municipality with a copy of the permit <br />application, upon request. A copy of the SWMP shell oleo be provided to the municipality upon request. <br />
