• (a) (ii) (A) The Structure Inventory Map, Map-16, provides a
brief description of all structures known to be located
within the permit and adjacent areas. The following
structures have been identified as lying within 500 feet of
the zone of subsidence as projected from the currently
proposed mine plan:
1) Buildings. Two buildings overlie the 500 foot buffer
zone surrounding the projected area of subsidence south of
the Northwest LW Panel #1 which has already been mined:
1. The Rancho 8scoadido pump atatioa #65. The
foundation shows no evidence of cracking. There is no
evidence of structural damage due to subsidence, nor
diminution of value.
Pump station #61. The metal pump house and foundation
shows no evidence of cracking. There is no evidence of
structural damage due to subsidence, nor diminution of
value.
2. The Adobe structure # 15 owned by La Sociedad
Maestro Padre Jesus. This structure has not been
• maintained for many years and is in disrepair. There
is no evidence of structural damage due to subsidence,
nor diminution of value..
2). Power Lines:
1. The power line located over NW#1 & #2 Longwall
Panels has already been undermined. Visual monitoring
and examination of the poles during and after mining
did not indicate any structural damage, nor diminution
of value.
3) Buried Telephone Line:
1. A buried line lies under a portion of the NW#1 LW
Panel mined in 1991. This line was installed after
mining. There has been no loss of service due to line
failure, thus there is no indication of structural
damage nor diminution of value.
• 2.05-49
(Revised OS-18-94)
