' <br />~• <br />Permit ld o. c-1z,468(F <br />Initial Approval <br />Final Approval ^ <br />THE FACILITY TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS FOLLOWS: <br />A 300,000 tons per year underground coal mine located north of <br />Meeker in Rio Blanco County (near Curtis Creek) .in Sections <br />20 and 21 , T-2-N, R-93-1•J. <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: <br />.-- <br />Activities associated with coal mining, including: 6,000 ton <br />stockpile, loadout silo, covered conveyors, crusher, front-end <br />loader, spray bars, haul trucks (30 ton). <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR <br />POLLUTION CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (25-7- <br />101 et s~ce ,. ), TO THOSE G'cNERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE <br />SIDE~F THIS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Opacity of fugitive dust emissions (except from roads) shall not <br />exceed 20%. <br />2. Hau] roads shall be treated with resinous adhesive; or equivalent, <br />for fugitive dust control. The first section of road shall he laved <br />(200-300 feet). <br />3. Conveyors shall be covered. " <br />4. Transfer points shall have water spray applied to reduce fugitive <br />dust. <br />5. lJet suppression shall be used to control fugitive dust from the crusher. <br />6.
