C-12,827(FD) <br />Air Pollution Control Division <br />4210 East 11th Avenue Initial Approval X^ <br />Denver, Colorado 80220 <br />Final Approval <br />PATE ISSUED: April 1, 1980 <br />ISSUED T0: NORTHERN COAL COMPANY <br />THE rACiLITY TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED A5 FOLLOWS: <br />Rail Loadout facility located approximately seven miles <br />south of Craig on State Highway 13, Moffat County, <br />Colorado. <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY" SUBJECT TO THIS PERAtIT INCLUDES 7HE FOLLOWING: <br />25 ton rear dump trucks, front-end loader operations and <br />crusher and screen operations with a maximum annual through- <br />put not to exceed 1,000,000 tons of coal. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR <br />QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT (25-7-101 <br />et sue.), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF <br />THIS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Maximum stockpile size will not exceed 50,000 tons and stockpile will be <br />watered, with chemical stabilizers if necessary, to reduce fugitive dust <br />emissions. <br />2. Access road and loadout base will be treated with resinous adhesive 'and <br />maximum truck speed will not exceed 30 miles per hour. <br />3. Crusher and screen operation will be controlled with water sprays as <br />necessary to eliminate dust. <br />4. Maximum throughput for the crusher and screen will not exceed"500,000 tons <br />annually. <br />S. The crusher and screen are permitted only for this location.
