THE rACiLITY TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED A5 FOLLOWS:
Rail Loadout facility located approximately seven miles
south of Craig on State Highway 13, Moffat County,
Colorado.
THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY" SUBJECT TO THIS PERAtIT INCLUDES 7HE FOLLOWING:
25 ton rear dump trucks, front-end loader operations and
crusher and screen operations with a maximum annual through-
put not to exceed 1,000,000 tons of coal.
THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR
QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT (25-7-101
et sue.), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF
THIS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Maximum stockpile size will not exceed 50,000 tons and stockpile will be
watered, with chemical stabilizers if necessary, to reduce fugitive dust
emissions.
2. Access road and loadout base will be treated with resinous adhesive 'and
maximum truck speed will not exceed 30 miles per hour.
3. Crusher and screen operation will be controlled with water sprays as
necessary to eliminate dust.
4. Maximum throughput for the crusher and screen will not exceed"500,000 tons
annually.
S. The crusher and screen are permitted only for this location. If they are
moved to another location, they will no longer be part of this permit and .
