The following alternate points of diversion
are sump holes created for the purpose of
collecting and temporarily containing diffused
surface water:
SUMP NO. 1
Sump No. 1 is located in Tract 47 , Section 1
of Township 5 South, Range 85 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Eagle,
State of Colorado, said sump being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The center of said sump is located at a point
from which Corner No. 29 of that certain
parcel of land designated the "Gravel Pit
Parcel" as described in Book 271 at Page 580
of the Eagle County records, bears S. 80'46 ' 57"
E. 110 . 00 feet distant.
SUMP NO. 2
Sump No. 2 is located in Tract 47, Section 1
of Township 5 South, Range 85 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Eagle,
State of Colorado, said sump being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit :
The center of said sump is located at a point
from which Corner No. 26 of a certain parcel
of land designated the "Gravel Pit Parcel" as
described in Book 271 at Page 580 of the Eagle
County Records, bears S. 88'00 ' 38" W. 75 . 00
feet distant.
