SUMP NO. 3 <br /> Sump No. 3 is located in Tract 47, Section 2 <br /> of Township 5 South, Range 85 west of the <br /> Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Eagle, <br /> State of Colorado, said sump being more <br /> particularly described as follows, to-wit: <br /> The center of said sump is located at a point <br /> from which Corner No. 23 of that certain <br /> parcel of land designated the "Gravel Pit <br /> Parcel" as described in Book 271 at Page 580 <br /> of the Eagle County records, bears S. 59°27 ' 00" <br /> E. 20 . 00 feet distant. <br /> SUMP 140. 4 <br /> Sump No. 4 is located in Tract 51, Section 2 <br /> of Township 5 South, Range 85 west of the <br /> Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Eagle , State <br /> of Colorado, said sump being more particularly <br /> described as follows, to-wit: <br /> The center of said sump is located at a point <br /> from which Corner No. 18 of a certain parcel <br /> of land designated the "Gravel Pit Parcel" as <br /> described in Book 271 at Page 580 of the Eagle <br /> County records, bears N. 81023 ' 37" E. 132 . 00 <br /> feet distant. <br /> 4 . Description of ditch, pump, or pipeline : <br /> A pump at any of the alternate points of <br /> diversion will enable the applicant to draw <br /> water through a pipeline for use on a parcel <br /> of land being the easterly portion of that <br /> certain land designated the "Gravel Pit Parcel" <br /> described in Book 271 at Page 580 of the Eagle <br /> County records, said parcel lying in Tract 47 <br /> of Sections 1 and 2 and in Tract 51 of Section <br /> 2, Township 5 South, Range 85 west of the <br /> Sixth Principal Meridian. <br /> 5. Source of water (River and tributary) : Diffuse surface <br /> water tributary to the Eagle River. <br /> 6. A. Date of initiation of the appropriation : June <br /> 1, 1978; <br /> B. Date water first applied to beneficial use: N/A; <br /> C. How appropriation was initiated: By engineering <br /> field inspection and survey. <br /> 7.
