Some <br /> fertilization of the land may be helpful to sustain newly planted <br /> grasses and will be provided as needed and feasible under the <br /> reclamation plan. The quality of the vegetation of the area will <br /> be somewhat improved after reclamation because of the elimination <br /> of the sagebrush. The cliff area is not presently able to support <br /> the growth of trees or shrubs, and the Soil Conservation Service <br /> suggests that it would be a waste of time and money to plant any <br /> i <br /> as a part of the revegetation of the area. <br /> Once reclamation is complete in all phases , the settling <br /> pond or ponds then in use will be allowed to disappear through <br /> evaporation and seepage.
