<br />• EXHIBIT D <br /> <br />WILDLIFE WATER RESOURCES VEGETATION AND SOILS FOR COTTONWOOD PIT (Tallahasse) <br />A. WILDLIFE: <br />A request for a wildlife statement has been made to the Colorado Division of <br />Wildlife. As of this date there has been no response received, however, <br />efforts will be made to conform to the recommendations made by the Colorado <br />Division of Wildlife that [he Mined Land Reclamation Board deem necessary. <br />B. WATER RESOURCES: <br />On site inspections have revealed any surface water drainage that may have <br />occured, has had no affect on the site. There is no evidence of ground <br />• water presence on the site. <br />C. VEGETATION: <br />Re-vegetation of the site will be conducted as per the Soil Conservation <br />Service recommendations which are attached to this exhibit. <br />D. SOILS: <br />As per Soil Conservation Service attachment. <br />• <br />
