The County will be applying <br />to the Mined Land Reclamation Board for 2n under ten acre <br />limited impact permit. As you know one of the requirements <br />of this permitting process is to provide a Wildlife <br />• Impact Statement to the :Sined L:tnd Reclamation Board. <br />I am writing to request such statements from your agency <br />pretaining to the following described areas. <br />a.)
