<br />EXHIBIT B • <br />MINING PLAN FOR COTTON PIT (Tallahasse) <br />The mining operation will be done by road crews on a need basis. The equipment <br />used in the project will be a bulldozer [o scrape and pile [he aggregate then <br />a frontend loader will take the aggregate from the pile and place it into dump <br />trucks to be hauled to the use sites. There may be an occasional need to screen <br />material and/or use a crusher on the site and some stockpiling would be done <br />on these occasions. The stockpiles would be located in areas that have been <br />mined previous. The extraction will begin on [he North side of Fremont County <br />Road Number Two and will continue in a northerly direction to [he boundaries <br />of the 9.95 acre parcel described in Exhibit A. <br />• <br />r <br />L <br />J <br />
