conducted. Weather conditions were favorable with sunny
skies and temperature of 80° F. The mine area was dry and
no measurable precipitation had fallen within one week.
G. August 1, 1985: The annual embankment inspection was
conducted. Skies were sunny with a temperature of 75° F.
The mine area was dry at the time of inspection, although
scattered showers have occurred overt the past week.
H. July 3, 1986: The annual embankr„2nt inspection was
conducted. Skies were partly cloudy with temperatures in
the 70's° F. The mine area was dry at the time of
inspection, although scattered showers have occurred over
the past week.

J. June 4, 1987: The annual embankment inspection was
conducted. Skies were partly cloudy with temperatures in
the 80's° F. The mine area was dry at the time of
inspection. There was no evidence of precipitation within

conducted. Skies were cloudy with temperatures in the
70's° F. There was no rain and the mine area was muddy
at the time of the inspection. However, several rain
showers had occurred during the previous week.
L. June 1, 1989: The annual embankment inspection was
conducted. Skies were partly cloudy with temperatures in
the 60's° F. The mine area was dry at the time of
inspection. There was no evidence of any precipitation
within the past week.
M. May 23, 1990: The annual embankment inspection was
conducted. Skies were clear and temperatures in the 60's°
F. The mine was dry at the time of inspection. There was
no evidence of any precipitation within the past few
days.
