Screened aggregate <br />from the pit is heated in a drum and mixed with hot asphalt oil. It is estimated that 35,000 cubic yards of concrete will be produced annually. <br />::Fuel Storage <br />Fuel is located on site to serve a fleet of trucks, construction and mining equipment, <br />generators and miscellaneous equipment. Operations at the site require the use and <br />storage of diesel and gasoline. All storage tanks are above ground and surrounded by <br />perimeter berms to contain spills if they occur.
