Lessee may permit others, including its . <br />• to <br />em <br />lo <br />ees <br />a <br />ents <br />contractors <br />licensees and assi <br />ns <br /> p <br />y <br />, <br />g <br />, <br />, <br />g <br />, <br /> use the leased premises for such purposes. In the event <br /> that the Lessee, its successors or assigns cease to use said <br /> leased premises for such purposes and remove all property <br /> and equipment from the leased premises, the lease shall <br /> • terminate. <br /> ARTICLE VI <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> 1. Lessee shall be permitted to construct, main- <br /> tai n, operate and use a roadway on the leased premises. <br /> 2. No further improvements shall be constructed <br /> by Lessee without first securing the written consent of <br /> Lessor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br /> Consent shall be deemed given unless Lessor gives Lessee <br /> written notice of its specific objection thereto within <br /> fifteen (15) days after written request .for consent is <br /> delivered to Lessor. <br />. 3. At the termination of this ground lease, <br /> Lessee may remove from the leased premises all improvements <br /> and personal property previously erected and to be erected <br /> on the leased premises. <br />_q_ <br />
