Timetable and Schedule <br />Final reclamation of the Carbon Junction Mine is slated to begin in the spring of 2006 <br />and continue through completion. The completion of the tasks identified and described <br />above is amicipated to take three construction seasons (through the summer of 2009). <br />With completion of the earthmoving and retopsoiling, seeding and planting is <br />contemplated in the autumn of 2006. Should this timetable need to be altered, OEI will <br />apprise CDMG and revise the permit. <br />Reclamation Costs <br />I <br />Reclamation costs for third party completion of the reclamation plan have been developed <br />and aze presented for reclamation of the North Pit, the haul road to the North Pit, South <br />Pit Drill Pad, topsoil stockpiles, the permanently reclaimed spoils area, and <br />reconstruction of Carbon Junction Canyon. The following tables present the reclamation <br />costs for these tasks. Additional task costs were calculated by CDMG during the mid- <br />term review and found to fall within the amount of the existing bond amount provided by <br />Oakridge Energy. As tasks are completed, Oakridge Energy may elect to apply for <br />liability and/or bond release, for specific azeas and for specific tasks in accordance with <br />CDMG bond release procedures. Oakridge Energy may also elect to remove undisturbed <br />azeas from the permit area in accordance with the revision procedures of CDMG. <br />Oakridge Energy assumes no responsibility or liability for unpermitted disturbance outside <br />or inside the Carbon Junction Mme permit area by others.
