2/82 Fuera series. • The Fuera series consists of deep, well drained soils on mountair ridge tops and side slopes. These soils formed in residuum and colluvium derived domir~ar~tly from shale. Slope is 10 to 45 percent. Average annual precipitation is 18 to 22 inches, ar~d average annual air- temperature is 42 t 44 degrees F, These soils are fine, mixed, Typic Eutroboralfs.
