<br />Exhibit G - Soutce of Legal Right to Enter <br /> <br /> <br />Quarry site - This site occupies portions of the Juniper Nos. 3 and 4 <br />Placer Mining Claims located April 15, 1982 and recorded in the records <br />of Moffat County on Play 7, 1982 in Book 513 Pages 122 through 125. The <br />claims were filed with the Colorado Office of the Bureau of Land Manage- <br />ment on June 9, 1982 and were assigned CMC Numbers 191571 and 191572. <br />Processing site - This site occupies a tract of land owned by Hugh, <br />Margaret and Bruce Seely dba Seely Land and Livestock Co. A lease <br />of the processing site and an easement across Seely lands is presently <br />being negotiated.
