• <br />l Exhibit F - Compliance with Local Government Zoning <br />1 <br />The proposed quarry site and processing site are in areas presently <br />zoned as "Agriculture". Moffat County regulations allow uses related to <br />mining within such a zone. A Conditional Use permit must be obtained from <br />Moffat County prior to starting quarry or processing operations. <br />An application for conditional use is required by the 1978 Revised h1offat <br />County Zoning Resolution Section 420.
